ON-GOING ACTIVITIES
WIPISA INSTITUTIONAL REPRESENTATIVE
To strengthen our national network, WiPiSA launched a program recruiting dedicated University Representatives from all institutions with a physics department. These representatives will serve as a vital link between WiPiSA and their universities/institutions, ensuring all members are informed and engaged. This initiative fosters stronger connections among women in physics across South Africa and empowers them to champion gender equality within their departments. We have already received volunteers from some Universities and hope we will be able to have a representative in each institution.
